About the association
Purpose
The Fundamental Rights Association is a politically independent association that defends the rights of all people
- right to freedom of thought, speech, movement and action
- right to bodily autonomy
- right to sustain life
We want a society based on common sense, respect and empathy for other people. No other human being has the right to deny you your basic freedoms.
The belief that each and every human being is valuable and has the right to make independent choices on an informed basis is the foundation for a true, just and democratic society. We cannot accept that a single one of the above principles is disregarded.
Therefore, we see it as our duty to actively exert an influence on the development of society through the formation of a strong network of responsible citizens and business people who dare to take the lead in the fight to preserve our civil liberties.
We do:
The Fundamental Rights Association offers support and advice for citizens and businesses who want to know their rights and legal options to resist abuse via our Hotline.
The Fundamental Rights Association offers a network/community where members can support and inspire each other.
The Fundamental Rights Association wants to influence the public debate with fact-based information, analysis and debate articles.
